Bylaws: Rules of Order

  1. The rules contained in Roberts Rules of Order shall govern this Council in all cases to which they are applicable, and in which they are not inconsistent with the bylaws of this council.
  2. A quorum must be present in order to transact business. One-Twentieth of the members of the Council and two officers shall constitute a quorum.
  3. Members of the Executive Committee are empowered to act on business of the Council when it is not in session. Activities of the Executive Committee will be reported during the monthly meetings.
