President
- Plans, coordinates and organizes monthly programs
- Prepares agenda for monthly Board Meetings
- Prepares agenda and presides at monthly organization meetings
- Directs committee activities
- Functions as a liaison with FNA
President Elect
- Ensures orderly transition of APN Council with annual change in officers
- Presides at monthly organization meeting in the absence of the President
- Assists in planning and organizing monthly organization programs
- Liaison to the Education Committee
- Special Projects
Vice President
- Ensures that continuing education credits are provided for monthly educational programs by:
- Sending program objectives and speaker bibliography to university for approval
- Distributes CEU certificates at monthly meeting
- Sending attendance list and evaluation forms to university
- Provides secretary with a copy of the program attendance list
- Brings attendance sheets and evaluation sheets to monthly programs
- Serves as a liaison to FNA
- Special projects
Secretary
- Maintains current computer list of attendees and maintains current membership list
- Prepares labels for mail out
- Sends letters for membership renewal
- Sends thank you letters to pharmaceutical representatives
- Prepares for monthly meetings by bringing name tags and pens
- Liaison for Membership Committee
- Special projects
Treasurer
- Pays bills and maintains checkbook
- Collects money at monthly meetings and makes deposits
- Maintains supply of stamps, folders, envelopes, etc. for board members
- Informs secretary of new members and membership renewals
- Liaison for Marketing and Public Relations Committee
- Special Projects
