If you have not yet completed the annual application form and wish to become a member, please copy and paste the form located on the Membership/Application" page of this website, print it, complete it with your information, include your membership dues, and mail (by U.S. Mail) to Tallahassee Area Council of Advanced Practice Nurses, P.O.
