If you have not yet completed the annual application form and wish to become a member, please copy and paste the form located on the Membership/Application" page of this website, print it, complete it with your information, include your membership dues, and mail (by U.S. Mail) to Tallahassee Area Council of Advanced Practice Nurses, P.O. Box 15892, Tallahassee, FL 32317.

All NPs, CRNAs, Nurse Midwives, CNSs, and Nurse Faculty are invited to become members and attend the dinner meetings. If you are not a CAPN member, the dinner meeting charge is $10 ($5 for students in programs leading to the above professional designations).
[Please Note: It is expected and required that attendees RSVP to the respective sponsor prior to each meeting to ensure a seat.]
