Bylaws: Officers and Elections
- Officers: The officers of the Council shall consist of President, President-Elect, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Graduate Student Representatives.
- Election of Officers and Nominating Committee: The Nominating Committee shall prepare a ballot for the December meeting of the Council. Election of Officers and Nominating Committee members shall take place at this time with a provision being made for absentee ballots. The Nominating Committee shall consist of five members and an alternate, one of whom shall act as Chair, and whom are elected by the general membership.
